Pet Policy

Pet-Friendly Living That’s Truly Paws-itively Perfect!

We’re passionate about pets, and we promise to spoil them as much as you do!

• Pet Rent: $25/month per pet
• Maximum Pets Allowed: Up to 2 per home
• No Weight Restrictions: All sizes welcome!
• Pet Deposit: $150 per pet (refundable with lease agreement fulfilled conditions)
• Pet Fee: $200 per pet (non-refundable)

Some Breed Restrictions Apply. These include (but aren't limited to): Akita, Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Mastiff, Staffordshire Terrier, all wolf breeds, and any mixes of these. Final determination of breed eligibility is at management’s discretion.

We are pleased to announce we have a new partner that will help our community become more pet and animal-inclusive—helping us become truly pet & animal passionate! We have partnered with PetScreening to ensure all pets and animals within the community are registered and properly screened. Please consider yourself invited to create one or more profiles in PetScreening, as it applies to your home, whether you have a pet or animal or none at all. Please download the PetScreening Benefits flyer for benefits details and simple instructions on how to make a profile. Please note this step is now a required element in both our leasing and lease renewal processes. We are pleased to become pet-passionate while embracing responsible and healthy pet and animal management, and we know our pet and animal owners will appreciate the benefits of this new program.
